| 摘 要： | 在足球过顶传球技术教学中，采用对比实验方法，验证了念动训练在该内容教学中的实效性，研究认为：在符合念动训练使用条件前提下，能够使练习在过顶传球的技术规范性与实效性两方面获得实际效果。
