| 摘 要： | 高校教师对健身锻炼的意义有较明确的认识，但由于受主、客观因素的影响，参加健身锻炼的人数及时间都不很理想，健身锻炼的项目也有局限性，为了推动全民健身运动的开展，必须加大宣传和投入的力度，以保证全民健身运动目标的实现。

| Abstract: | In university, teachers have known the meaning of good health. But for the faction of subject and objectivity, also for the restriction on the time and project. So these teachers did not good in physical exercise. For to propel the good health movement for all the people, basis on investigation, this essay suggested to promoting propagation and enhancing investment. So assure of carrying out the good health movement. |
