| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和比较法,对进一步提高普通高校运动技术水平的竞技人才因素进行探讨。认为:普通高校高水平运动队建设呈现了项目多、规模大、布局分散、学生运动员技术水平不高的发展态势,我国青少年运动员身体素质比较薄弱,普通高校十分缺乏高水平的竞技人才。提出普通高校在充分履行对运动员的教育职能的前提下进一步提高运动技术水平的竞技人才标准和竞技人才战略。
