| 摘 要： | 采用特尔菲法、实验法、数理统计法等,围绕高校体育社团对大学生运动技能影响这一命题进行相关研究。专家调查发现,＂大学生参与体育社团对其运动技能提高的相关影响因素＂,并结合班杜拉学习理论对相关因子进行了剖析。研究认为：1）体育社团成员特征及示范者的行为影响;2）体育社团示范者行为结果的反馈作用;3）体育社团组织形式下的相互影响作用;4）体育社团成员积极的动机定势作用。采用分组实验法,对实验前后的数据做统计分析。结果显示：1）实验前后对照组运动成绩无显著性差异,实验组运动成绩呈现出显著性差异（p〈0.05）;2）实验后,对照组与实验组的运动成绩横向比较呈现出显著性差异（p〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | Based on the social social learning theory,use brigade laboratory method,analyse the statistic of before and after the experiment.Result：1）the performance of control group has no significant difference,experimental group has significant defference（p0.01）;2）showing a significant difference by the horizontal comparison of the control group and experimental group（p0.01）.On the basis of experiment,investigate the relevant experts by using the Delphi mehtod.Find out the related factors of ＂The affect of imporving the students＇ sport competence by participating in sports organizations＂,analyzed the relevant factors combined with social learning theory.Conclusion：1）The affect of the members＇ characteristics and the demonstration of the behavior;2）The model behavior of sports organizations＇ feedback;3）The mutual influence in the form of sports association;4）The positive motivation of sports associations＇ members. |
