审视新时期体育教师权威的转型

摘    要:体育教师权威是保持体育教育教学活动顺利开展,完成体育教学任务的必要条件。传统的体育教学活动大多是在“外在依附”的先验体育教师权威下进行的.使本来生机盎然的体育课堂教学蜕化成机械的、死气沉沉的“驯兽式”教学活动,严重的抑制了教师、学生创新精神和独立人格的养成。时代的发展、社会的进步越来越需要体育教师权威的现代转型,即由“外在依附”型向“内在生成”型的转化,同时也是深化我国基础教育改革、进一步推进素质教育发展的必然。

Abstract:The authority of P.E. teachers is the essential prerequisite to the keeping of P.E. teaching order and fulfillment of educational aim. The traditional P.E. teaching which was always organized under the authority of experienced P.E. teachers, made teaching a rigid and mechanical process, restrained both P.E. teachers' and students' sense of innovation and hindered the development of their independent personality. Nowadays, education requires the authority of P.E. teachers to change from "external dependence" into "inner formation" so as to satisfy the needs of the social progress and education reform, to promote quality-oriented education.
