| 摘 要： | 我国城市化已跨入了快速发展期,而这一阶段是城市管理各种矛盾的凸显时期。针对多年来我国城管法律缺失、城管体制和执法理念等方面存在的各种问题及矛盾,本文就构建和谐城管对于缓解社会矛盾、平衡社会利益、加快城管体制改革与构建社会主义和谐社会之间的关系等问题作了一些探索,并对城市管理配套措施的完善,妥善解决我国长期以来城管法律缺失和体制改革问题,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The urbanization of our country has already entered a new era of rapid development, and the era is various contradictions that city management faces and accumulates. There are many problems and contradictions in our country for many years. such as law lack of city management, the system and idea of city management. This essay has discussed some questions, such as relieving the social contradiction, equilibrating social interests, accelerating the system reform among the socialist harmonious society, and have put forward the corresponding countermeasures on solving law lacking of city management and the system reform problem of our country. |
