| 摘 要： | 陶行知先生是我国现代职业教育事业早期主要的倡导者,他的生利主义职业教育观,对我们现在的高职教育仍然具有启示作用。培养高职学生的职业精神和理念,培养学生的实际操作能力,运用多种教学方式,让学生走进社会,在社会实践中熟悉掌握专业技术和知识,是高职教学实训的一种有效途径。

| Abstract: | Mr. Tao Xing zhi is the early and main advocate of modern education in our country, of making profits in the vocational education is his view, still have function of enlightening for our vocational education on the present. it is a kind of effective way in the practice teaching, which is training vocational spirit and idea, the practical ability, let students come into the society by using many kinds of teaching ways, is familiar with mastering vocational technique and knowledge in social work. |
