| 摘 要： | 从三峡移民的角度看,三峡水利枢纽工程的基本建成,意味着后三峡时期的来临。三峡移民工作的重心转为扶持发展和安稳致富,移民教育培训工作必须适应这一转变。目前,重庆库区移民培训还存在着行政指导性过强、转移就业效果不够理想、培训经费资助不科学、培训资源整合不力等问题。究其根本,移民培训政策不系统、培训过程设计不完善、培训对象素质不高等政策和操作层面的因素是重要原因。为此,应该从指导思想、教育培训模式、资金保障、教育培训制度等方面进行修正。

| Abstract: | There are many issues of Immigrants training in Chongqing reservoir,such as administrative guidance is still too strong,the employment effect is not good,the training funding is not scientific,the integration of training resources is poor and so on.It should be change from the guiding ideology,the model of education training,financial security,and educational training system. |
