| 摘 要： | 合理的社会流动是推进社会和谐的重要机制,而机会平等原则是衡量社会流动是否合理的根本标准。根据这一标准,可以得出转型时期的中国社会流动虽然取得了巨大进步、但仍有许多不合理因素甚至存在明显障碍的结论。因此,必须通过进一步深化改革,构建有利于合理社会流动的制度、政策环境,从而逐步实现社会的稳定和谐。
