| 摘 要： | 目前我国经济出现了高成长与高成本的不经济增长现象,引发了一系列社会矛盾。为此,必须坚持科学发展观,转变经济增长方式,调整产业结构,坚持以人为本,转变发展观念、创新发展模式、提高发展质量,实现经济发展与物质资源有效利用和生态环境保护之间的相互协调与均衡,使经济增长与成本增长相协同,把社会经济发展切实转入全面协调可持续发展的轨道,实现社会的和谐。

| Abstract: | lock of economic growth of high development with high cost appears in our country at present, a series of social contradictions were caused. For this reason, in order to realize the harmony of society, we must keep to the scientific development view, change the style of economic increase, adjust industrial structure, keep to people first, change the developing idea, innovative developing model, improve the quality of development, realize the mutual coordination and balanced between economic development and effective utilization of resources and ecological environmental protection, make the coordination with the economic growth and cost increase, change social economic development to the track of coordinating sustainable development. |
