| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育必须树立以市场需求、就业为导向的教学理念,以社会需求为目标,着力培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高技能人才。根据职业岗位群或专业技术领域要求确定人才素质培养目标、整合专业课程、构建新型高职教育教学模式,即"工学交替"、"顶岗实习",建立长效的产学研结合机制,让企业成为教学改革的"助推器",实践灵活的教育管理理念。

| Abstract: | High vocational education must keep the concept that it must be guided by market demand and employment seeking.It should also have an aim which is the social demand.It should be emphasized on the training of the high-skilled talents for the producing,construction,management and services etc.The high vocational education should set up the teaching aim,integrate the major courses,form the new teaching model of high vocational college according to different working posts and major skill requirements,which is the alternation between the study and working,and working as a contracted worker so that we can form a long-term system of the combination of study,working and research,make the enterprises a booster of the teaching reform,and promote the educational concept. |
