| 摘 要： | 世界秩序体系是一个在世界政治的基础上各国际政治行为体之间相互作用而形成的既对立又统一的社会型的自组织系统,其形成往往是在主体、客体、目标、手段等诸系统交互"合力"作用下的历史演进形态。世界秩序系统在内部与外界的双重作用下,通过自组织的活动,由相对稳定有序的状态发展到无序失衡,再到相对的稳定有序,如此循环往复,以至无穷,实现了世界秩序的波浪式前进和螺旋式上升的动态发展。这种辩证发展的过程就是世界秩序发展演变的内在规律性。

| Abstract: | The world order is a special social self-organized system based upon the whole world politics,which has been taken shape by the interaction among all kinds of international bodies.It is formed in such a historical process in which the factors of subjects,objects,goals and methods have been working to be a composition of forces.Under the pressure of internal and external factors, the world order would and will develop into a kind of disorder before coming to a new orderly status from a former orderly one.Of course it is usually better than the former one.The endless course of order-disorder-new order...is the general rule of the evolution of the world order. |
