| 摘 要： | 对人的综合素质要求极高的空中交通管理专业,在现行高校入学体制下,难以选拔和培养出适应时代和行业发展的优秀人才。空管高等教育长期存在普通教育与职业教育两种方向的困惑,长期存在重实践轻理论和重理论轻实践两种倾向。作者以职业问题、教育问题为脉络,呼吁建立空管高等职业教育新架构。

| Abstract: | The major of aviational transportation, requring a high level of integrated quality of the employee, is very difficult to enroll and cultivate the excellent staff to suit the need of the time and trade under the existing enrolling system. There is a constant frustration between the aims of common education and vocational education in the trade, and also are 2 constant tendencies, one is paying attention to theory and less to practice, the other is just opposite. With the sequence of educational and vocational problems, the author appeals to the new frame of higher vocational education in the major. |
