| 摘 要： | 运输费用是供应链总费用的重要组成部分,其大小与运输活动的起始地和终止地,以及运输商、运输方式、运输线路、车型和运送的货物等相关．分析以制造商为核心的供应链的特征并构建模型,对该供应链中原材料供给、原材料运输、产品生产、产品运输和产品销售等环节的费用情况进行详细分析;在考虑到运输商运输能力、供应商的供给能力、销售商的数量要求等约束和运输环节诸因素作用的基础上,建立供应链的两步优化模型,并对模型的应用进行举例．

| Abstract: | Transportation cost is an importance part of total supply chain cost. Its number not only lies on the site of the transportation starting and ending but also transportation corporation, transportation manner, transportation route, vehicle and goods. The character of this supply chain with manufacturer core is analyzed and its model is constructed. The cost of raw materials supply and transportation, products manufacture, transportation and distribution in this supply chain is analyzed. Considering the restriction of supplier supply capacity, transportation corporation capacity, seller requirement, and the effect of various factors in transportation, a two-step optimization model about this supply chain is founded and a using example is presented. |
