摘    要:为缓解集装箱港口拥堵并降低其造成的经济损失,提出与网络节点流量相关的拥堵成本函数,并从宏观的角度建立基于拥堵控制的轴辐式海运网络枢纽港选择模型.该模型以传统轴辐式网络为基础,综合考虑现有枢纽港间货物运输的规模经济效应,以及由此产生的流量负担及拥堵成本,在保证网络中各节点间货物正常运输的前提下,通过合理确定枢纽港和喂给港,最大限度地平衡货流使得海运网络的广义运输总成本最小.使用拉格朗日松弛算法对模型进行求解,给出算例以说明模型的合理性和有效性.

Hub port selection model of hub-and-spoke shipping network considering congestion control
Abstract:To alleviate congestion in container port and reduce its economic loss, a congestion cost function related to network node flow is proposed and a hub port selection model of hub and spoke shipping network for congestion control is established macroscopically. Based on the traditional hub and spoke network, the model overall takes scale economy effect of freight transport among existing hub ports into consideration, and also considers subsequent flow burden and congestion cost. On the premise of normal freight transport of every network node, a reasonable distribution of hub ports and feet ports is determined to balance freight flow to the greatest extent to make the generalized transport cost minimum. An example is given and solved by a Lagrangian relaxation algorithm and the result shows that the model is reasonable and effective.
