摘    要:为实现大型集装箱起重机产品的绿色配置设计,针对客户需求,设计产品功能结构映射关系;在考虑产品性能特性、功能特性、结构特性、经济特性、绿色特性的基础上,进行需求分析与反求工程设计,给出需求驱动的绿色产品配置设计流程图.借鉴生物基因工程的原理与方法,设计基于实例模板的产品虚拟染色体的数据结构.针对集装箱起重机绿色设计的特点,基于实例模板与客户需求的局部相似度、局部绿色特性满足度、子零部件间的可装配度,构建多目标带约束0 1规划数学模型,并进行算例验证.结果表明,该模型可有效支持大型集装箱起重机产品的绿色配置设计优化和开发.

Requirement driven green configuration design model for large scale container crane product
Abstract:In order to realize the green configuration design of large scale container crane product, the product function structure mapping is proposed according to customer demand. With considering product performance characteristic, function characteristic, structure characteristic, economic characteristic and green characteristic, the requirement analysis and the reverse engineering design are done and a requirement driven green product configuration design flow chart is established. By referring to principles and methods in biology gene engineering, virtual chromosome data structure of case template based products are designed. In view of the green design characteristics of container crane, synthetically considering partial similarity, partial green characteristic satisfaction degree, compatibility among sub parts between case template and customer requirement, a multi objective constrained 0 1 planning mathematical model is constructed. An example is given to verify the model. The results show that the model can effectively support green configuration design optimization and development for large scale container crane product.
