摘    要:针对电差动技术在起重机大功率电机驱动方面的应用优势, 提出1种四电机差动协调工作和转矩平衡控制方法.该方法以PLC和变频器作为主要控制设备,通过PROFIBUS通信协议完成系统的同步控制,变频控制采用速度反馈外环和电流反馈内环相结合的矢量控制方法. 实际运行中,小车从陆侧到海侧运动时四电机差动运行有同步的特性;四电机的转矩、电流和转速变化曲线表明该电差动控制方法的有效性.

Abstract:In view of the advantages of electrical differential driving technology applying in high power crane, a control method of coodinated work and torque balance of four motors is proposed. PLC and transducer are used as main control devices, and synchronous control is realized through PROFIBUS. Vector control method combining the outside loop speed feed back with the inner loop current feed back is used to realize frequency variable control. Actual operation shows that differential driving of the four motors is synchronous when the trolley moves from landside to seaside. The curve of torque, current and speed of four motors also shows that the electrical differential control method is valid.
