| 摘 要： | 为在现有铁路、高速公路、长江水道及内河航道等基础设施存量的基础上实现集疏运体系的优化，针对成都—洋山港区的集装箱运输现状，构建集疏运体系内铁海联运、公路运输和水水中转的Logit博弈模型.通过对相应参数值进行纳什均衡分析后得出：不考虑外部成本时，各种集疏运方式的均衡运输费用、集装箱箱量及所占比率与实际运营数据基本吻合；而在依次考虑交通事故、噪声污染、有害气体排放等外部成本时，均衡运输费用皆随之增加，而集装箱箱量和比率则随之变化，其中铁海联运的箱量和比率迅速增加.因此，外部成本应合理内部化，以通过市场机制实现集疏运的方式调整和体系优化.
