摘    要:应用模糊综合评判方法,分析仰光河航道的航道安全.将仰光河航道分成4个航段进行研究,考虑缅甸航运业的发展以及航道进出船舶的安全,对全部航道和每一段航道进行安全分析,基于航道情况、环境因素等,提出航道的模糊综合评判方法.该综合评判方法可以定量表示全部航道和每一段航道的危险度.

Abstract:The channel safety evaluation of Yangon river approach channel is analyzed by using fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The Yangon channel is divided into four segments at study area. By the development of Myanmar shipping trade, the channel safety improvement of navigational condition is required to evaluate and judge the effectiveness of the safety countermeasures. A fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is proposed based on several individual elements and components such as channel condition, environmental factors. The integrated evaluation results show the risk level of each channel segment and intensity of the risk level of the whole channel quantitatively.
