摘    要:为实现永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)的有效控制,利用PMSM的线性化模型,采用一种基于柔化控制增量策略的快速广义预测控制算法设计PMSM转速控制律.根据历史时刻的预测控制向量和预测输出向量设计一种双通道网络补偿算法,对前向通道和反馈通道中的网络时延和数据丢包进行补偿.针对因网络时延和数据丢包导致的辨识信息缺失问题,提出一种网络广义预测自校正算法来提高系统的鲁棒性.仿真结果表明,网络预测控制器能够对网络时延和数据丢包进行有效的补偿,极大地改善PMSM网络控制系统的性能.

Predictive controllers for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on two-channel networked compensation

Abstract:To realize effective control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSMs), the linear model of PMSMs and the fast generalized predictive control algorithm based on softened control increment strategy are adopted to design the speed control law of PMSMs. Based on the predictive control vector and the predictive output vector in a past moment, a two channel networked compensation algorithm is presented to compensate network induced delay and data packet dropout in the forward channel and feedback channel. For the identification information loss problem due to network induced delay and data packet dropout, a networked generalized predictive self tuning algorithm is proposed to improve the robustness of the system. Simulation results show that the networked predictive controllers can effectively compensate network induced delay and data packet dropout and improve the performance of the networked control system of PMSMs.
