| Abstract: | With the opening up of the seamen's labour market and the need for shipping service, seamen's employment contracts have been used widely, and a lot of problems arise consequently. How to recognize and comprehend the main clauses of seamen's employment contracts and the benefit of the two panties, and ensure the realization of the contracts will finally play an important role in promoting the development of China's shipping and seamen's labour market. |
