| 摘 要： | 为客观地描述油品码头的低碳绿色发展情况,运用DPSIR模型和层次分析法建立大连港油品码头低碳绿色发展评价指标体系,对其进行有效评价.通过评价可以得出,在低碳绿色发展方面,大连港油品码头在2013年之前发展相对停滞,从2014年开始有了较快发展.根据评价结果,分析油品码头在发展中存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出有效的对策建议,为其他港口主要油品码头的低碳绿色发展提供借鉴和参考.

Evaluation on low-carbon development of oil terminals based on DPSIR model |

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate low carbon development of oil terminals objectively, DPSIR model and the analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the evaluation index system of low carbon development of Dalian Port oil terminal. The effective evaluation is carried out on the low carbon development of Dalian Port oil terminal by the system. Evaluation results show that the low carbon development of Dalian Port oil terminal is relatively stagnant before 2013, and from the beginning of 2014, the development becomes rapider. According to the evaluation results, the problems existing in the low carbon development of oil terminals are analyzed, and effective countermeasures are put forward based on actual situation, which can provide reference and guidance for the low carbon development of main oil terminals of other ports. |
