集装箱岸桥模型的动力特性计算与试验分析

摘    要:基于有限元基本理论,采用多种单元混合建模方法,建立集装箱岸桥模型的有限元分析模型,分析岸桥模型在多种工况下的模态特性变化规律,进行岸桥模型的动力特性试验.通过理论计算模态频率和实际测试模态频率的比较,验证有限元模型的有效性.模态特性试验中采用锤击脉冲法和惯性载荷法两种激励方式,通过分析两种激励方式获得的模态频率结果的一致性,验证现场振动试验采用的惯性加载激励方式的正确性和可行性.

Abstract:Based on the theory of finite element method,the finite element model of the bridge crane model is carried out by mixing different types of elements.The frequencies of the bridge crane model are analyzed under all kinds of load cases.The dynamic characteristic experimental research on the bridge crane model is finished.The finite element model is validated by the result of experiment and calculation.Two different excitation methods are taken in the model experiment.The experiment results from two excitation methods shows that the load excitation method on the spot is reasonable.
