| 摘 要： | 为在船舶持续使用岸电的过程中对电缆张力进行有效的监测和控制,研究电缆重力变化和电缆卷筒转矩变化的数学模型。基于中远海运科技股份有限公司研制的船载式AMP电缆卷筒CS-AMPJC-H2,结合通用变频原理,设计一套卷筒转矩控制方案。该方案能实现对电缆张力的有效控制。

Torque control method of AMP cable reels aboard ship |

| Abstract: | In order to monitor and control cable tension effectively in the process of ships using shore power continuously, the mathematical models of cable gravity variation and cable reel torque variation are studied. For CS AMPJC H2 cable reels developed by COSCO Shipping Technology Co., Ltd., a reel torque control scheme is designed with the combination of the general frequency conversion principle. The effective control of cable tension can be realized by the scheme. |
