| 摘 要： | 我国内河港口码头散货装船设备还很落后。为加快提高我国河港的散货装船能力,新建造的散货装船机该采用何种机型,还处在探索阶段。本文从河港特点出发,对目前经常采用的五种散货装船机——墩柱式装船机、岸壁移机式装船机、浮式装船机、弧线摆动式装船机和直线摆动式装船机的结构型式进行了特点分析和对技术性能参数的比较,从而提出河港散货装船机的最好机型是直线摆动式装船机。本文对直线摆动武装船机工作原理进行了解释,对它的运动进行了分析,并提供了计算公式。

| Abstract: | The bulk cargo handling facilities for our inland harbours are con-siderably underdeveloped. In order to increase the bulk handling capacity, a dis-cussion is being held as to what type of shiploader should be adopted. This paperis intended to make an analysis of the structure and characteristics of the five typesof bulk cargo shiploaders now frequently in use, i.e., the fixed post shiploader,the travelling shiploader with slewing and luffing boom, the floating shiploader,the radial shiploader with circular runway, and the straight slewing shiploader.After comparing the technical property parameters through examples, we draw theconclusion that the best type of shiploader for handling bulk cargo is the straightslewing shiploader. The paper also explains the working principles of the above-mentioned shiploader, analyses its motion and offers a calculation formula. |
