轴辐式快递网络的枢纽选址和分配优化

摘    要:为提高快递配送效率的同时降低运营成本、满足中转货物的时效要求,对轴辐式快递网络的枢纽选址和分配进行优化.建立多目标轴辐式快递网络的枢纽选址和分配模型,并通过对2个目标函数的标准化处理,以及合理设置枢纽邻域搜索操作和非枢纽邻域搜索操作,设计一种模拟退火(Simulated Annealing,SA)算法求解模型.以10节点的轴辐式快递网络作为案例进行方案设计,结果表明:在同一折扣率下,随着权值增大,成本目标值递减,时间目标值递增;成本目标和时间目标的取值均具有多样性;该算法能够得到更接近帕累托最优前沿面的近似集.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of express delivery, and minimize the operation costs and meet the need of effectiveness of cargo transshipping at the same time, hub location and allocation for hub spoke express delivery network is optimized. A multi objective model of hub spoke express delivery network is built and a Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm is proposed for solving the model by standardizing two objective functions and setting the operation of both hub and non hub neighborhood searching reasonably. A ten node hub spoke express delivery network is chosen as a case for schematic design. The results show that the cost value decreases and the time value increases while the weight increases at a certain discount rate; the value of both cost and time is of diversity; the proposed algorithm is effective to reach the Pareto optimal solution.
