| 摘 要： | 上海国际航运中心的建设迫切需要高层次复合型的航运人才。据调查，相关机构的专业人才现状远远落后于上海国际航运中心建设目标的要求。参照相关单位近年引进人才的比例及对人才需求的预测，上海国际航运中心专业人才的数量和学历层次结构必须有大幅度的提高，而大力提高研究生在人才资源中的比重已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | The construction of Shanghai international shipping centre required urgently higher educated maritime manpower. Investigation shows that the present situation of specialized talents in relevant institutions falls short of the requirements of Shanghai international shipping centre. In the light of the talents structure in 1996 and the forecast of future demand for maritime talents,the quality and quantity of talents for Shanghai international shipping centre must be improved and increased. the urgent task today is to increase the proportion of Master and Ph.D. degree holders in the manpower source. |
