| 摘 要： | 为解决基于市场类型的寡头行为古诺模型的上下游企业合作中的价格制定问题,在供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)能够增加供应链整体利润的基础上,通过经济学市场分类方法,用寡头行为的古诺模型对供应链中处于完全竞争市场的上游与处于寡头垄断市场的下游,在进行利润分配的谈判中对利润分配的工具,即采购价格的形成机制进行研究.指出由于双方所处的市场类型不同导致其议价能力的不同,从而采购价格的形成机制具有独特性,并对其建立定量分析模型.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the price formulation problem between the buyers and the sellers in perfect
competition market through Cournot model, through economic market taxonomic approach, the mechanism that the amount of purchasing p rice which is used as the tool to distribute the profits gained through deploying Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) strategy is studied. According to this mechanism, an agreement between the buyers and the sellers reaches in negotiation, when the buyers are in oligopolistic market and the sellers are in perfect competition market through Cournot model. It is claimed that the way to form the purchasing price is distinct due to the difference of bargaining capability between the buyers and the sellers which is caused by the different market types. Besides, an quantitative model has been developed to describe the situation. |
