摘    要:为减少船舶CO2排放,提出利用NaOH溶液吸收船舶尾气中的CO2,并通过添加CaO固体颗粒物的方法来提高对CO2的吸收率.通过分析CaO固体颗粒物对提高NaOH溶液吸收CO2的效率的影响机理,推导出CaO增强因子数学模型,实验得出其增强因子为1.1.CaO固体颗粒物对提高NaOH溶液吸收CO2的效果显著,对纯CO2气体的吸收率提高10%,对船舶模拟尾气的吸收率提高15.85%.CaO固体颗粒物对提高碱液吸收船舶CO2的效率有着非常重要的作用.

Mechanism of using CaO solid particles to improve efficiency of ship alkaline de-carbonization

Abstract:To reduce CO2 emission from ships, a method is put forward where NaOH solution is used to absorb CO2 from ship exhaust gas, and CaO solid particles are added into the solution to improve the absorption rate for CO2. The mathematical model of CaO enhancement factor is deduced by analyzing the mechanism of effect of CaO solid particles on the efficiency of NaOH solution absorbing CO2. Experiments show that the enhancement factor is 1.1. The effect of NaOH solution absorbing CO2 is obvious by adding CaO solid particles into the solution; the absorption rate increases by 10% for pure CO2, while the absorption rate increases by 15.85% for simulated ship exhaust gas. CaO solid particle plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of alkaline solution absorbing CO2 from ships.
