| Abstract: | Based on the software and hardware designs of ARPA, and the performance specifications, this paper makes an analysis of ARPA's limitations in collision prevention. It warns the.officers against the influence of ARPA's limitations on collision prevention and navigation.
The officers should improve their abilities of data analysis and judgement to ensure safe navigation. |
