齿轮激光热处理变形的研究

摘    要:激光束对齿轮齿面进行硬化处理,是一种对齿轮进行热处理的崭新工艺。使用1.5kW横流CO_2激光器产生的激光对45号钢制成的直齿圆柱齿轮进行齿面激光扫描,在除了保证齿面硬化层硬度及层深的技术要求外,还使热处理后的齿轮基本上没有变形,从而保证了齿轮的精度。这是一种比常规热处理更为简便,更有效的工艺过程。本文主要叙述了在对直齿圆柱齿轮激光热处理过程中的各项变形的测试和分析。

Abstract:Using the laser beam to process the gear surface in hardening is a new technology of heat treatment for gears. The laser beam,which is produced by the 1.5kw tranverse current CO_2 machine, can dosurface scanning for spur gears made of No. 45 steel. It achieves thecase depth and hardness required in gear surface hardening, and causesno deformation of spur gears, thus ensuring their precision. This processof technology is more convenient and effective than the conventional one. This paper demonstrates a series of tests and analyses for variousdeformations of spur gears in the laser heat treatment.
