湄洲湾LNG船监管方案仿真系统设计与实现

摘    要:为保障液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)船舶的航行安全,利用地理信息系统(Geographical Information System,GIS)、虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)等技术构建LNG船舶监管方案仿真系统.系统首先利用ARCGIS和PCI软件进行数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM)和数字正射影像(Digital Orthograph Model,DOM)处理,建立湄洲湾水域基础地形数据;然后处理水利工程、码头和建筑物等地类数据;数据经过优化后,选用Mutigen Creator三维建模工具创建湄洲湾三维场景.在三维场景中,集成水文气象、船舶、助航设施和码头等数据以及监管方案,实现各类数据在三维仿真系统中的实时关联.场景驱动采用VEGA 3.7平台开发,实现三维场景中的漫游和查询、航行过程的记录和回放、监管方案的演练和报警等功能.海事监管部门可在系统中制定和演练LNG船舶监管方案,根据模拟演练对监管方案进行调整和优化.实际应用表明,对LNG船舶的监管和仿真效果基本一致,该方案可为LNG船舶监管提供科学的辅助和支持.

Abstract:In order to ensure navigation safety of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) ships, a simulation system for supervising LNG ships is set up using Geographical Information System (GIS) and Virtual Reality(VR). The system is constructed as following: Firstly, data of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM ) and a Digital Orthograph Model (DOM) are processed using ARCGIS and PCI to get the basic topography data of Meizhou Bay. Secondly, feature data of irrigation works, docks and buildings are processed. Thirdly, 3D scene of Meizhou Bay is founded by Mutigen Creator after optimizing the correlative data. All the data are combined with the 3D simulation system in real time after integrating the data of hydrometeorology, ships, navigation aid facilities, docks and supervision plans in the 3D scene. The 3D scene is driven by VEGA 3.7, and functions such as cruising and querying in 3D scene, recording and replaying of navigation, drilling of the supervision plan and alerting are realized. The supervision plan for LNG ships can be set down and drilled in the system by marine supervision departments. The supervision plan for LNG ships can be adjusted and optimized according to the simulation of drilling. Application result shows that the actual supervision process is in agreement with the simulation, and the plan provides scientific assistance and supports for the supervision of LNG ships.
