直动斜底从动件盘状凸轮机构的反求设计

摘    要:根据已知直动斜底从动件盘状凸轮机构的凸轮实际廓线方程,阐述反求确定刀具中心轨迹方程和从动件运动规律的理论与方法,并采用曲线拟合等方法解决数值反求中的3个关键技术,所提理论与方法对进口设备的国产化和凸轮的加工复制等具有重要应用价值和理论意义.

Abstract:The theory and the method of inverse design of disk cam mechanism with rectilinear translating oblique flat-faced follower are expounded in order to find locus equation of cutting tool centre and law of follower motion based on cam real contour line.The three key problems in numerical inverse design are solved by using the cubic spline curve matching.The theory and the method suggested have important application value and theoretical meaning in internalization of the import equipment and in the copy manufacture of cams.
