| Abstract: | A dynamic approach is presented to optimize the investment in the port with multi-container terminals based on the integer programming combined with simulation. The investment plan for all the container terminals in different year is obtained in terms of the model. The objective of the model is to minimize the total cost of all the concerned container terminals so that the port with multi-container terminals is considered as a whole. Furthermore, the efficiencies and the proportions of the equipment are changed dynamically in the model, which is closer to the real system. |
