基于轴辐式网络的长江集装箱航运枢纽港选择

摘    要:为解决目前长江集装箱运输组织模式不符合"大船配大线,小船配小线"的问题,通过调查长江集装箱运输现状,综合考虑航线、船型、运量和服务频率等因素,提出集装箱运输轴辐式网络模型。模型以总成本最小为目标,最终选取武汉港为枢纽港,即以武汉港—上海洋山港为轴,其他各港口到武汉港为辐。研究结果表明,较传统运输组织方式而言,新的轴辐式网络运输组织方式广义总成本(包括运输成本和时间成本)节约15%,具有良好的经济效益。

Hub port choice of Yangtze River container shipping based on hub-and-spoke network

Abstract:To solve the problem that the current container shipping organization mode of Yangtze River does not comply with the principle that "large ships with long lines, small ships with short lines", the container shipping situation of Yangtze River is surveyed, the shipping lines, ship types, freight volume and service frequencies are considered, and then the hub and spoke network model of container transport is proposed. The object of the model is to minimize the total cost. As a result, Wuhan Port is chosen as the hub port, which means that the axis is the line between Wuhan Port and Shanghai Yangshan Port, and the spokes are the lines between Wuhan Port and other ports. Compared with traditional mode of shipping organization, the new mode of hub and spoke network can reduce the total cost (including transportation cost and time cost) by about 15%, and is of excellent economic benefits.
