摘    要:为更好地理解和执行适用于所有400总吨及以上新船的能效设计指数(Energy EfficiencyDesign Index,EEDI)标准,使其能正确指导不同吨级船舶的设计,达到控制和减少CO2排放的目的,通过对不同吨级船舶EEDI的趋势分析,阐述其对中小型船舶的影响,揭示出各影响因素对中小型船舶EEDI计算结果的敏感性.基于3艘中小型液货船实船EEDI计算,对影响因素进行分析,提出有效对策.分析和对策可作为标准理解、执行的参考及进一步研究的基础.

Abstract:In order to understand and execute the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) preferably which applies to new ships of 400 gross tonnage and above, and make it a correct guideline for designing ships of different size, so as to achieve the goal of controlling and reducing carbon dioxide emissions, by the EEDI trend analysis for ships of different gross tonnage, the influence of EEDI on small and medium size ships is described, and the susceptibility of every influencing factor on the EEDI calculation results of small and medium size ship is also revealed. Based on the calculated EEDI of the 3 exsiting small and medium size tankers, the influencing factors are analyzed, and the effective solutions are also proposed. The analysis and solutions can be references for understanding and executing the standard, as well as a basis for further research.
