综合助航信息系统的实现

摘    要:为建立航标助航体系,开发航标综合助航信息服务系统.根据国际航标协会(InternationalAssociation of Lighthouse Authorities,IALA)的相关规定和决议,提出助航信息系统的体系结构.该系统以Web-ECDIS平台为基础,整合航标遥测遥控数据和AIS数据,通过AIS网络或互联网向海区船舶发布航标动态信息及相关安全信息.用户通过互联网可以获得该系统的4项实时服务:(1)各种比例尺辖区电子海图信息服务;(2)动态航标信息服务;(3)港口水文气象、航行环境信息服务;(4)AIS信息服务.该成果可为新型助航体系建设及AIS二进制电文的助航应用提供技术支持.

Abstract:In order to found Aids to Navigation (AtoN) navigation aid frame, an integrated navigation aid information service system is developed. The system structure is put forward according to the relevant International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) regulations and resolutions. The system is built based on Web ECDIS platform, and the beacon telemetry remote control data are combined with AIS data, and the dynamic AtoN information and navigation safety related information are broadcasted to vessels through AIS network or Internet. Users can obtain the following 4 real time services via Internet: area information service of various scales electronic chart; dynamic AtoN information service; port hydrology and meteorology, navigation environment information service; AIS information service. The research result provides technical supports for the construction of new navigation aid system and the navigation aid application of binary AIS messages.
