摘    要:为控制和降低港口水域的通航风险,基于港口水域通航风险评价指标的不确定性特点,按照集对分析理论和方法,以信息熵来确定指标权重,构建基于熵权的模糊集对评价模型.将该方法应用于我国的台州港,对其8个航段的通航风险进行评价和排序.结果表明,基于熵权的模糊集对模型的评价结果较为客观、合理,并与基于未确知测度评价方法的评价结果一致。

Abstract:In order to control and reduce the navigation risk on port water area, based on the uncertainty characteristics of the evaluation index of the navigation risk on port water area, and according to the set pair analysis theory and methods, the index weight is determined by information entropy, and a fuzzy set pair evaluation model is constructed based on entropy weight. The method is applied to Taizhou Port in China to evaluate and sort the navigation risks of the eight sections of the port. The results show that the evaluation result of the fuzzy set pair model based on entropy is more objective and reasonable, and it is consistent with the evaluation results of the evaluation method based on the unascertained measure.
