摘    要:提出了确定门机对重质量及其位置的动态优化法.其基本思想是;计及惯性力和风力等影响,在满足结构布置等要求的前提下,以变幅电机功率为目标函数,建立非线性约束优化的数学模型,并用正交计算设计法求解.经编程运行,取得了较好的计算结果.

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic optimum method to determine mass and position of balancing weight of gantry crane is suggested. The train of thought is that nonlinear constrained optimization model is built up to take power of luffing motor as objective function, to consider influence of inertial force and wind force, and to satisfy needs of construction arrangement, and that the solution is found by orthogonal calculation design method. The calculating results illustrate that the method is effective,having not only theoretic meaning, but also practical value.
