| 摘 要： | 为研究地震发生后应急救援物资的运输问题,根据救援车辆从1个应急物资救援中心到多个受灾点的情况,运用模糊数学的可能性理论,建立基于模糊需求的带有单边硬时间窗的应急运输车辆路径优化模型.该模型以救援车辆的运输时间和在受灾点的救援时间最短为目的,利用节约算法对算例求解.具体算例表明,该模型具有一定的实用价值.

| Abstract: | To study the transportation problem for emergency relief materials based on fuzzy demand after earthquake, considering the situation of one emergency relief materials center and several stricken spots, it is necessary to build transportation model for emergency relief materials with a unilateral hard time window, which aims to minimize the time including the relief vehicles transportation time from the emergency relief materials center to stricken spots and relief time on stricken spots. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed model. |
