| 摘 要： | 为明确上海国际航运中心人才高地建设的重要性, 通过对国际航运中心人才的界定和上海国际航运中心产业构成的分析,针对上海国际航运中心建设过程中急需的12类关键人才,构建国际航运中心人才集聚水平的评价指标体系.基于模糊综合评判方法,用该评价指标体系对上海、香港、新加坡和伦敦等4个航运中心人才的集聚水平进行比较,发现上海国际航运人才与境外航运中心的差距并探讨原因,提出上海国际航运中心人才集聚的建议. |

| Abstract: | In order to understand the importance of building talent highland for Shanghai International Shipping Center (SISC), through the definition of talent of international shipping centers and the analysis of the industry makeup of SISC, an index system is built to evaluate the talent convergence level of international shipping centers based on the twelve categories of key talent who are urgently needed in the construction of SISC. By applying the approach of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, the talent convergence levels of SISC, Hong Kong Shipping Center, Singapore Shipping Center and London Shipping Center are calculated. Gaps between SISC and other shipping centers are founded by comparing the calculating results and their causes are discussed. Suggestions about the talent convergence are put forward for SISC. |
