| 摘 要： | 本文从一国两制的构想、中英关于香港问题的联合声明、中葡关于澳门问题的联合声明及香港基本法出发,在维护国家主权、促进国家统一,各法域平等原则的指导下,就香港、澳门回归祖国后,对香港、澳门及台湾对外引渡制度及其与内地移交罪犯制度作一初步探讨。

| Abstract: | In light of the proposition of two social systems within one country, under the guiding principles of defending state soveroigty and promoting state unification and of equality among various legal system, this paper deals with the system of extradition in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan after they are unified with mainland China. In addition, the system of transferring criminals between these regions and the mainland is, also discussed here. |
