| 摘 要： | 司法考试的推行给我国的法学教育既带来了冲击,又提供了改革的机遇。本文主要是根据司法考试的需求,对国家赔偿法课程进行一些改革。改革的内容主要包括整合教材资源、加强案例教学、开展法律诊所等法学实践活动等。

| Abstract: | The prevailing judicial examination brings to China's legal education with the opportunity for innovation as well as the impact on it.According to the requirements of the judicial examination,the article puts forward some suggestions on the reformation of the national compensatory law textbook teaching.The reformation mainly includes integrating the textbook resources,strengthening the exemplary teaching,developing legal clinics and other legal teaching activities. |
