| 摘 要： | 人才培养是大学最基本、最原始的职能，而明确人才培养目标才能确保大学人才培养质量。因为知识分子具有健全的人格，所以大学文化素质教育培养目标是培养“士”。能够承担社会责任、转移社会风气的栋梁人才，即培养现代社会的知识分子。大学文化素质教育这样的定位折射了大学教育的理想，即不仅体现了大学的教育宗旨，而且体现大学引领社会的使命，同时也体现了世人对大学里走出来的人的一种期望和要求。
