| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了广州电大“一站双型”学习支持服务模式：“一站”式服务就是要求服务信息获取直接方便，服务响应迅速便捷，减少中间环节，服务一步到位，服务结果明确落实。“双型”是指对校本部的学生采取“贴近型”服务，对分校学生采取“向导型”服务。通过服务输送的绿色通道，使学生享受到“全员、全天候、全方位、全过程”的学习支持服务。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on "one-station" and "two-type" mode of learning support services in the Guangzhou Radio and TV University:"one-station" services require direct and convenient access to information services,rapid response services,intermediate links reduction and clear implementation of results."Two-type" refers to that the university gives center-school students "close-type" services and branch-school students "guide-type" services.Services are delivered through the green channel,while students enjoy "all-staff,all-weather,all-round and all-process" learning supportive services. |
