| 摘 要： | “有效学校”研究的历史迄今已有40余年，其取得的成果对教育政策制定者和教育管理者的指导作用贡献突出。现在“有效学校”研究已成为各国研究的一个热点话题。本文对“有效学校”研究的历史演进做了简要梳理，并提出了“有效学校”研究的几点反思。
