| Abstract: | Learner's culture is a critical area of the researches of modern distance education.The article exams the characteristics and needs of distance learners of modern distance education and systematically discusses the content of learner's culture.The article emphasizes that understanding of learner's culture would help fulfill the needs to develop quality modern distance education,and to innovate modes of education,administration and service,and it would also facilitate the self-development of learners. |
