| Abstract: | The paper discusses that community party organize should be in a leading position in reform and transformation of management system, the democratic right of employee should be respected, the members discharged from the working position should be given appropriate settle down and a suitable arrangement, the right of property should be limited or divided clearly and the property of enterprise should be evaluated suitably, the principles of opening or making public, acting fairly or justly must be followed. The author puts forward some suggestions according to the above discussions. |
