| 摘 要： | 我省民办高校师资队伍存在着师生比例过低、兼职比例过大、结构不合理等问题,问题的产生有其自身的原因,也有社会与历史根源。本文通过对我省部分高校的调研,分析了当前我省民办高校师资队伍现状与存在的问题,探讨了民办高校如何加强师资队伍建设的措施,建立吸引人才和培养人才的体系,创建有效的人才激励机制,改革考评办法,营造人才发展的环境。

| Abstract: | There are some problems concerning teaching staff in private colleges of our province,such as low teachers-to-students ratio,high part-time teachers' rate,unreasonable structure,etc.The emergence of these problems has their own factors as well as social and historical origins.Through the investigation and study of some colleges in our province,this article expatiates the present situation and existing problems of the teaching staff in private colleges,explores some measures to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,so as to set a system to attract and train talents,to establish effective stimulation mechanism,to reform test and appraisal methods and to create an environment for the development of talents. |
