| 摘 要： | 农民工问题是国内近几年来的热点问题,不少学者从政治学、经济学、社会学、法学等多层面对农民工问题的成因进行了探讨并提出了一些对策建议。从社会、经济深层次的源头探寻,农民工问题是在我国由计划经济体制转向市场经济体制、由农业国转向工业国、由传统社会转向现代社会、由城乡二元社会经济结构转向城乡一体化的过程中,由于农村剩余劳动力需要从第一产业中转移出来而与我们固有制度形成的城乡壁垒之间相碰撞而产生的。要彻底解决农民工问题,根本途径是依赖城市化的完成和城乡壁垒的破除。

| Abstract: | The problem about the peasant workers has become the focus in China recently.A number of scholars have discussed its causes from the views of politics,economics,sociology and law;they have also put forward some countermeasures.Studying from the deeper origin of social economy,the problem results from the process during which our country is turning from the planned economic system to market economic system,from an agricultural nation to an industrialized nation, from traditional society to modern society,from economic duality of urban and rural areas to the unification of city and countryside,since those available peasant labors need to be released from agriculture,and they are sure to encounter the barriers between cities and villages formed by the existing system.In order to solve the problem thoroughly,the best way is to depend on the completion of urbanization and the removal of the barriers. |
